An Introduction

Hi everyone, I am writing this blog to allow everyone that may be interested in real estate into a piece of my life as a real estate investor. I have been buying and selling houses for almost 10 years now, and have been investing full time for the last 7 or so years. I currently buy, sell and rent homes in the Mobile, Al area.

I started out my career in the Jackson, Ms market and decided to purchase a HomeVestors franchise in September of 2004. When I did I moved back to Mobile, Al where I am originally from. I am currently partners with my wife, Mother and Father in our business. We employ 8-10 people in our business.

Don't get it twisted though it hasn't always nor is it still easy breazy. We started with nothing and have worked our way to where we are now. Last year we bought and sold 88 houses, and in the last 10 years I have bought and sold over 600 houses! So we have been through it all.

I am going to try to cronicle my efforts here with the hopes that some of my writings can help someone else out there to succeed. I feel the urge to give back, but more on that later.
